Myself with Kay Tuttle, Mike Collins, and Laurie Schorr at the WFAE station in Spirit Square, Charlotte, NC on Friday January 8th, 2016.

I was asked to join Kay Tuttle (Executive Director) and Laurie Schorr (Director of Education and Community Engagement) at The Light Factory to speak about the organization and it's programming. We launched into a deeper conversation about the future of photography and it's role in society today. The first half of the conversation is with famed National Geographic photographer Steve McCurry. You can listen to the segment here.

So excited to be in Miami!

Somewhere behind this parking lot and in the distant tent to the left, Rick Wester Fine Art in booth N-209 is showing "Angie and Me" at the Pulse Contemporary Art Fair. I am so grateful for this incredible opportunity and can't believe it is happening! I spent the day yesterday photographing the town where I was born, Homestead, Fl. I have not been here since my family moved to North Carolina in 1998. It's been incredible spending time in the house next door to the one I grew up in and with the Hernandez family who have remained close over the past 17 years.
