Six Pieces from REMOVED Find a New Home at Delta’s JFK Sky Club
Six Pieces from REMOVED Find a New Home at Delta’s JFK Sky Club

After years in development, six pieces from my photographic series Removed have found a new home at Delta Air Lines’ JFK Terminal 4 Sky Club. Installed earlier this year, the works invite travelers to pause, disconnect, and reflect amid the constant motion of modern travel. I just returned from an incredible trip to New York for my i3 Lecture at SVA — an evening of deep conversation, reflection, and a Q&A that could’ve gone all night. While I wait for the recording to go live, I’m thrilled to share my new conversation with Michael O’Brien on The Kintsugi Podcast, where we talk about the REMOVED series, our relationship with technology, and what it really means to look at ourselves without our phones.

“I’m thrilled to be speaking at the School of Visual Arts in New York as part of the esteemed i3 Photo Lecture Series. With my book REMOVED: elsewhere, everywhere, nowhere nearing completion, this feels like a perfect moment to share new insights into the work. The event is free but seating is limited—reserve your spot now, and email me if you’d like to join the after-lecture hangout.”
